AV System Integration
Oklahoma City OK |
Audio Video & Control Systems
We design and integrate complete AV systems across Oklahoma City, OK, connecting displays, speakers, microphones, video switching and touch-panel control into one system your team can run with a single button, in boardrooms, classrooms, venues and multi-room facilities.

How we design and integrate your AV system
Integration starts with how people actually use the room. We sit down with you to list every source (laptops, video calls, cable TV, cameras, streaming players) and every place it needs to go, then draw a signal flow so displays, speakers, microphones and other audio visual gear are chosen to fit the job instead of the other way around.
Next we install and connect the hardware. Displays and speakers are mounted, microphones placed for even pickup, and every signal is routed through a matrix switcher, HDBaseT extenders or an AV-over-IP network. Everything lives in a ventilated rack with labeled, documented cabling, and an engineer checks every connection before it is closed up.
Then we program the control system and tune the audio. A touch panel or keypad gets simple buttons like “Start meeting” that turn on the display, pick the right input and set the volume in one press, giving you centralized control of the whole room. We tune the audio processor for echo cancellation and even sound, test every input and output, and train your staff before we hand it over.
Spaces and systems we integrate
From a single meeting room to a whole building of connected spaces, our integrators handle:
- Boardrooms and executive conference rooms
- Training rooms and divisible multipurpose rooms
- Classrooms and lecture halls with interactive displays
- Auditoriums and houses of worship
- Restaurants and bars with multi-zone audio and video
- Hotel ballrooms and event spaces
- Corporate lobbies and common areas
- Government offices and council chambers
- Building-wide AV-over-IP video distribution
- Distributed background music and paging
- Touch-panel control of lighting systems, shades and room automation
- Modular video conferencing systems for hybrid meeting rooms
- Upgrades of older analog and HDMI systems
Video distribution methods compared
How video gets from sources to screens shapes cost, distance and how easily the system grows. Here’s how the four most common methods compare.
| Specification | Direct HDMI | HDBaseT extension | AV-over-IP (1 Gb) | AV-over-IP (10 Gb) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reliable distance | About 15–25 ft | Up to about 330 ft (100 m) over Cat6 | About 330 ft per switch link, extendable over fiber | About 330 ft per link, often fiber between switches |
| Typical resolution | Up to 4K60 | 4K60 with chroma subsampling, 1080p full quality | 4K60 with compression | 4K60 uncompressed or lightly compressed |
| Latency | None | Near zero | Usually under one frame | Near zero |
| Scalability | Point to point | Fixed by matrix switcher size | Add encoders and decoders as you grow | Add endpoints; needs 10 Gb switches |
| Cabling | HDMI cable | Single Cat6 per display | Standard Cat6 network | Cat6A or fiber network |
| Best for | Display right next to the source | Single rooms and small systems | Restaurants, campuses and multi-room buildings | Control rooms and video wall processors |
Audio visual components, from DSP to control programming
An integrated audio visual system is only as good as the parts tying it together. These are the four we spend the most time on.
Control systems, touch panels and interactive displays
Programming the touch panel turns a rack of hardware into a room anyone can use. We build simple screens with one-button presets, automatic shutdown at the end of the day, and scheduling so rooms power up before the first meeting.
Audio processing and microphones
In audio systems, a digital signal processor (DSP) mixes every microphone and speaker, cancels echo on video calls, and keeps levels even. We place ceiling microphone arrays, table mics or an all-in-one video bar for clear pickup and tune the room so remote participants hear every voice.
Video switching and distribution
Matrix switchers, HDBaseT extenders and AV-over-IP encoders and decoders send any source to any screen. We pick the method that fits your distances, resolution and plans to grow, so adding a room later doesn’t mean starting over.
Network and IT integration
Modern AV lives on your network. We work with your IT team on dedicated VLANs, multicast settings like IGMP snooping and quality of service, so video streams don’t slow down the rest of the network and stay secure.
AV integration projects across Oklahoma City
Offices, campuses, churches and entertainment venues each need different systems. These are the kinds of integrations we plan for here.
Corporate boardrooms
Energy and finance firms in downtown office towers need boardrooms where a video call with a field office starts with one button and every voice in the room comes through clearly.
Classrooms and lecture halls
Universities and schools around the metro use lecture capture, wireless presentation and voice lift so students in the back row and online can see and hear the instructor.
Houses of worship
Growing churches across Edmond and the north side combine large displays, livestream cameras and sound reinforcement in sanctuaries, with simple controls for volunteer teams.
Restaurants and entertainment
Bars and venues along the Bricktown Canal run AV-over-IP to dozens of screens and multi-zone audio, so staff can put a Thunder game on every TV and music on the patio from one tablet.
