How we set up your conference rooms
Every room starts with a walkthrough. We count the seats, measure the room and listen to how it sounds, because glass walls and hard floors can make voices echo on a call. We also confirm which platform your company uses, so we choose cameras, microphones and controllers certified to work with it.
Then we install the hardware. The display goes at a comfortable viewing height, the camera sits right above or below it so people look at the far end when they look at the screen, and microphones and speakers are placed so every seat is heard clearly. Cables run through the wall and into a table box so laptops connect with one cable.
Finally we configure and test. We set up the room system on your platform, add wireless presentation and the scheduling panel outside the door, make test calls from every seat and show your team how to start a meeting with one touch.

From video bars to room scheduling
A meeting room works when four things work together. These are the pieces we focus on in every room.
Video conferencing platforms
Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet hardware each have their own certified devices. We install gear certified for your platform, register the room to your account and set it up to join scheduled meetings with one tap.
Cameras and framing
Mounting the camera at eye level, just above or below the display, keeps eye contact natural. Auto-framing zooms to fit whoever is in the room, and speaker tracking in larger rooms switches to the person talking so remote attendees always see who’s speaking.
Microphones, speakers and acoustics
Remote attendees judge a meeting by how it sounds. We cover the whole table with microphones, use echo cancellation so they don’t hear themselves, and suggest acoustic panels when glass walls and hard surfaces make the room echo.
Wireless sharing and scheduling
Wireless presentation lets anyone share a laptop or phone screen without hunting for a cable. Scheduling panels outside the door show whether the room is free and let people book it on the spot from your company calendar.
Conference room projects across Oklahoma City
Law firms, healthcare offices, tech startups and public agencies all meet differently. These are the kinds of rooms we plan for here.
Law and finance boardrooms
Firms in downtown office towers need polished boardrooms where client video calls start instantly, every voice at a long table is clear and presentations share wirelessly from any laptop.
Healthcare administration
Hospital and clinic offices in the medical district run frequent video meetings across campuses and need simple rooms that staff can use between shifts without calling IT.
Tech and coworking offices
Startups and coworking spaces in Midtown and Automobile Alley fit lots of small huddle rooms with all-in-one video bars and scheduling panels so rooms are easy to book and use.
School district and city meeting rooms
School district and municipal offices in Edmond and Moore use board meeting rooms with multiple cameras and microphones so public meetings can be streamed and recorded.
