How we plan and set up your event displays
Most rentals start with the room and the crowd. We ask about your venue, audience size and how far the back row sits from the stage, then size the wall and pick a pixel pitch so text and faces stay sharp from every seat. For outdoor shows we add brightness, weather and wind into the plan.
On show day our crew delivers the panels, builds the wall and either ground-stacks it on a braced support frame or flies it from truss with rated rigging. We run power and signal, connect the video processor and switcher, and line up your laptops, playback, cameras or broadcast feed so everything is tested well before doors open.
During the show a technician stays at the tech table to switch sources, run playback and handle any issue on the spot. When it ends, we strike the wall, pack it out and leave the venue the way we found it.

From rigging to live camera feeds
A great wall is more than panels. These are the four pieces behind every setup we deliver, and we coordinate with the crew running your audio visual production so power for video equipment, lighting and sound systems all lines up.
Rigging and ground support equipment
Walls are either ground-stacked on a braced frame or flown from truss using rated hoists and hardware. We check load limits with the venue, follow its rigging rules and keep clear sightlines from the floor to the wall.
Video processing and switching
A video processor scales every source to fit the wall, and a switcher lets the tech cut cleanly between slides, video, cameras and sponsor loops. Picture-in-picture layouts put a speaker’s camera next to their slides.
Playback and IMAG
Image magnification (IMAG) puts a live camera shot of the speaker or performer up on the wall, so the back of a large room sees faces clearly. We also run walk-in loops, countdown clocks and video playback from the tech table.
Power and weather planning
Video walls draw serious power, so we work out amperage with the venue or generator provider ahead of time. Outdoors, we plan for Oklahoma wind and storms, watch the forecast and lower or protect the wall when conditions require it.
Event display setups across Oklahoma City
OKC’s convention halls, parks and sports scene all call for different setups. These are the kinds of shows we plan for here.
Conventions and general sessions
Conferences at the downtown convention center and nearby hotel ballrooms use wide stage walls with side displays and IMAG, so keynote speakers are visible from the back of a packed hall.
Outdoor concerts and festivals
Outdoor concerts in and around Scissortail Park need high-brightness panels that stay readable in bright afternoon light, built on ballasted ground support rated for Oklahoma wind.
Thunder watch parties
Bars, plazas and venues around Bricktown and Paycom Center set up big outdoor walls for playoff watch parties, with the game feed, sponsor loops and crowd shots on one display.
Trade shows and expos
Exhibitors at expos and trade shows at the Oklahoma State Fair Park use video booth walls and large displays on stands to stand out on a crowded show floor.
